Order Processing Time

We typically process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Curing time for custom-made orders is necessary. We committed to 2-4 business days for the mug production. However, during busy periods, processing times may take longer. If you need your order shipped immediately, please contact us to arrange expedited shipping.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the distance your order is shipping.

International Shipping

We ship to over 100 countries around the world. The cost of international shipping will vary depending on the country you are shipping to. We charge a flat rate and refund if the shipping cost ends up less than the flat rate. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Customers are responsible for the shipping accommodation and costs. Please contact us for instructions on how to return your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately with evidence so we can investigate the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement or refund.
